Five core steps from 2004, plus continuations that box sets number as though they were part of the original series. Below: the verified structure, the four concepts the books rest on, and — under each — what no part of the system settles.
The series is usually met as a single idea and a stack of paperbacks. It is worth separating three things that the shelf runs together: the bibliographic structure (what was published, when), the concepts (what the books propose), and the pedigree claim (where the knowledge is said to come from). Only the first is beyond dispute.
The series
The core is five steps, published in Russian from 2004 and issued in English as a single volume, Reality Transurfing: Steps I–V. Later titles are continuations rather than part of that original five — a distinction Polish box sets tend to erase by numbering everything consecutively.

Stated honestly: we have verified the titles and the core/continuation split against several independent booksellers. We have not verified which concept is introduced in which individual volume, and we do not guess — the analysis below therefore treats the series as a whole. When we can check the volumes directly, this page gains that mapping and says so.
Four concepts, and what each leaves open
These are the load-bearing ideas of the series, described at the level of what they claim. Under each is the line this site puts under every source it handles.
The space of variants
Every possible version of a life is held to exist already; living is recast as selecting a line rather than causing an outcome.
What it does not settle. It gives no test. Nothing in the system distinguishes a variant that was selected from one that was going to happen anyway — which is the difference the claim depends on.
Pendulums
Groups thinking alike are said to generate energy-information structures that then feed on the attention of those same people and act against their interests.
What it does not settle. It does not say how to tell a pendulum from an ordinary institution, nor what would count as evidence that one exists. As social observation it is sharp; as a claim it is unfalsifiable.
Importance and excess potential
Caring too much about a result is held to generate balancing forces that destroy it; the counsel is to lower the weight you place on outcomes.
What it does not settle. The mechanism is asserted, never specified. The advice survives without it — detachment is old and defensible counsel — but the physics-shaped explanation adds nothing checkable.
Inner and outer intention
Inner intention is effort applied to a goal; outer intention is described as allowing the world to deliver it. The system treats the second as the operative one.
What it does not settle. There is no stated boundary between outer intention and ordinary patience, luck or good timing. Without one, any outcome confirms the system and none can contradict it.
The pattern across all four
Read the second lines together and one shape emerges: each concept is constructed so that no outcome can count against it. A variant was selected or it was not; a pendulum was fed or it was avoided; importance was lowered or it was not. Every result fits.
That is not an accusation of dishonesty and it does not make the advice useless — lowering the stakes you attach to an outcome is genuinely good counsel, and the pendulum is a sharper description of institutional dynamics than most of the shelf offers. It does mean the system cannot be tested, and a system that cannot be tested is a philosophy, not a mechanism.
The pedigree behaves the same way. Zeland credits the material to guardians who decline to be named — the full dating of that claim is on the main entry, and the same architecture appeared ninety-five years earlier in the Kybalion.
Why this page exists
Search for these books in Polish and you will find booksellers and enthusiast blogs, and almost nothing that gives a date and a limit. That gap is the reason for this page. We are not here to tell anyone what to read — only to make sure that whatever is read arrives with its year attached.
Fair questions
How many volumes does Reality Transurfing have?
The core is five — Steps I–V, published in Russian from 2004 and issued in English as one volume. Later titles (Sprawca rzeczywistości, Forum snów, Forum marzeń sennych) are continuations; Polish box sets number them consecutively, which makes the series look longer than its original design.
What order should the volumes be read in?
The five core steps are numbered and build on one another, so their own order is the answer. Whether the continuations are necessary is a judgement about value, not about sequence — and value is not something this site rules on.
What are the main ideas of Transurfing?
Four carry the weight: the space of variants, pendulums, importance and excess potential, and the distinction between inner and outer intention. Each is described above with the question it leaves unanswered.
Is this a summary of the books?
No, and deliberately not. Zeland’s books are in copyright and a summary would substitute for reading them. This page gives the bibliographic structure, which is fact, and our own analysis of the claims, which is commentary — the same treatment every source on this site receives.
